House of Elm ("we", "us") is a UK fashion house based in Halifax, West Yorkshire. We are responsible for the personal data you share with us. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address and message, plus the page you sent it from and how you found us (for example an advert link).
• Waitlist: your email address, if you join Friends of the House.
• Analytics: if you allow it, Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use the site (clicks, scrolling, device type) so we can improve it.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and keep in touch about House of Elm (legitimate interest, or your consent for the waitlist), and to understand how the site is used (your consent for analytics). We never sell your data.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are stored in our customer management system (GoHighLevel). Analytics are processed by Microsoft. These providers only use your data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years after we last hear from you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
